As People & Culture Manager at BigID, you'll be a strategic partner to the People team, managers, and EMEA & APJ employees. Responsibilities span the entire employee lifecycle, including strategic HR planning, employee relations (performance management, terminations, leaves), benefits administration for EMEA & APJ, onboarding, offboarding, engagement initiatives, compliance, and cross-departmental projects. You will analyze data, implement programs to enhance the employee experience, and serve as the primary point of contact for EMEA & APJ teams on all employment matters. The role requires strong communication, project management, and data analysis skills, along with experience navigating diverse employment landscapes across EMEA countries.

We're searching for a driven, detail-oriented People & Culture Manager to join our Global People Team, working closely with our team members across the USA, Israel, and India. Work with a diverse, international team that spans multiple continents and brings a wealth of perspectives.  Reporting directly to the Director of People, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our organization, from onboarding and learning & development to culture-building initiatives.

As a vital member of our People team, you’ll influence company culture, streamline people systems, and contribute to meaningful employee experiences.  Our ideal candidate is proactive, curious, and highly organized. You will support our EMEA & APJ teams.

What you’ll do:
In this role, you’ll be a strategic partner to the People team, managers, and our EMEA & APJ  employees, helping to shape and drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity. You’ll work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, with responsibilities that cover the full employee lifecycle. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be working on:

  • Be a Strategic Partner: Collaborate closely with managers and department heads to ensure our employees are engaged, supported, and empowered. You’ll play an essential role in career development, talent retention, and helping to shape our People strategy.
  • Analyze & Improve: Use data to identify trends in employee engagement and productivity, then design and implement programs and policies that enhance the workplace experience.
  • Support Employee Relations: Take charge of employee relations matters, including performance management, terminations, and leaves of absence, fostering a supportive and compliant work environment.
  • Be the EMEA & APJ Go-To: Serve as the primary contact for our EMEA & APJ teams on all things related to benefits and employment, collaborating with our local partners or Employer of Record (EOR) as needed. 
  • Champion Development: Partner with the People team to roll out impactful programs, from benefits and manager training to career development and skill enhancement programs.
  • Own the Onboarding Experience: Ensure new team members feel welcomed and supported from day one. You’ll lead our onboarding efforts and provide ongoing support as they settle in.
  • Drive Employee Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring that our teams are motivated, engaged, and aligned with our culture and values.
  • Manage Off-boarding: Support employees as they transition, conducting exit interviews and managing a respectful and seamless offboarding process.
  • Stay Compliant: Keep up with the latest in employment law and regulations. You’ll play a key role in rolling out and reinforcing policies to ensure compliance and maintain our company standards.
  • Lead Cross-Departmental Initiatives: Partner on HR and company-wide projects that promote our culture, reinforce compliance, and drive collaboration.
  • Take on Ad-Hoc Projects: Tackle various projects as they arise, contributing to the growth and development of the People function and the company at large.
