Policy Enforcement Manager, YouTube Livestream and New Products

Job Description
The Policy Enforcement Manager at YouTube will lead enforcement and operations for livestreams, new products, and cross-policy workflows. Responsibilities include managing escalations, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Business Analysts, Vendor Operations, Engineering), defining and measuring performance metrics, and reviewing content according to YouTube's community guidelines. This fast-paced role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 4+ years of experience in policy writing and enforcement. The ideal candidate will have experience leading enforcement and operations for new product launches on YouTube and managing KPIs across product portfolios. The role is based in Dublin, Ireland and involves working within Google's Trust & Safety team to ensure a safe and positive online environment.

Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in policy writing to translate information into clear, concise, and guidelines.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in leading design and implementation of enforcement and operations for new and existing product launches on YouTube.
- Experience with metrics/Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) management of enforcement and operations across product portfolios.
- Ability to design and drive projects to completion that result in significant workflow/process improvements.

- Lead enforcement and operations management for YouTube livestream, new products and YouTube’s cross policy workflows.
- Manage escalations with turn-around time to define the best plan and provide updates to executives.
- Partner with teams across Product, Business Analysts, Vendor Operations and Engineering to solve problems and drive innovations.
- Define and measure performance metrics to assess the business impact of process improvements.
- Review graphic, controversial and offensive video content in-line with YouTube’s community guidelines.
