The Practitioner Success Manager at Google's gTech Ads Platform (AP) team will drive activation of Ads Platform objectives, partnering with gTech teams to enable customer support through training, SOP creation, and hotspot analysis. This role involves generating insights for product improvements, developing gTech Ads service strategies, and creating servicing plans for advertisers. Responsibilities include collaborating with leadership and gSO teams to achieve regional goals, prioritizing and designing goals/metrics, and improving service strategies to adapt to product and metric changes. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills, along with experience in a technical project management or customer-facing role.
