We’re on the lookout for a talented and passionate Presentation Designer with polished Visual Design skills to help build the next wave of capabilities of our personal AI companion, Copilot. We're looking for someone who has experience and passion for driving the end-to-end process of crafting meaningful, moving and clear storytelling materials and presentations. We’re looking for someone with an abundance of positive energy, empathy, and kindness, in addition to being highly effective. The right candidate takes the initiative and enjoys building world-class presentations, art direction and visuals in a fast-paced environment.  This is a player/coach role. In addition to setting vision and direction, the ideal candidate can execute craft at pace within our design principles.

Required Responsibilities:  

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 3+ years experience working in product or service design

  • OR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems)

Preferred Responsibilities: 

• 4+ years' experience creating visually strong presentation decks.  
• Polished Visual Design skills and examples.
• Ability to lean distill complex material into decks that are visually striking and tell a compelling story.  
• Proven track record of working cross-functionally with designers, writers, stakeholders and more to generate images, gather context and more to support the story. 
• Experience with building decks on both PowerPoint and Figma slides. 

Product Design IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year.
