Responsibilities
• Build and maintain fault-tolerant, high-performance, scalable data pipelines and systems to transform large volumes of data into information for operational and financial decision making
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions
• Participate in company Data Working Groups to architect data strategy
• Understand and anticipate business needs and fix issues reported by customers
• Perform continuous integration to ensure that every step of a data pipeline is testable and automated
• Lead technical implementations and mentor colleagues
• Leverage data engineering industry trends in order to align on best practices
Required Skills
• 10+ years of related industry experience
• Passionate about data and automation
• Deep understanding of modern databases and programming languages (Java or C++)
• Experience architecting and maintaining data pipelines
• Experience working on data-driven products
• Experience leveraging AWS/GCP APIs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Team leadership and/or management experience preferred
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science (or equivalent)

The compensation for this position ranges from $143,625.00 - $299,375.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
