The Merchant Onboarding Product team focuses on enabling merchants to onboard, provide KYC documents and easily adopt various financial services provided by Paytm. Our team builds platforms that enable our service agents to efficiently acquire and service new and existing merchants. We provide a business platform (Paytm for Business) to merchants to seamlessly perform update their KYC profile attributes. We own a common technology platform and build tools that are used by various personas onboarding throughout the company. The Business Analyst will focus on data, root cause analysis and dashboarding / reporting to help investigate and analyze product metrics, provide insights, and drive recommendations to improve performance. Responsibilities include: Proactively engaging with product managers, business stakeholders, and tech team/support to comprehend data requirements; Conducting exploratory data analysis of business processes and ad-hoc data analysis to provide data-driven recommendations and insights; Developing and maintaining data visualizations, and creating and maintaining dashboards and reports; Identifying areas for improvement to ensure data quality and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Must have:
2+ years experience working on data analytics and business intelligence
Hands-on working skill of SQL, Excel and one dashboarding tool
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication abilities
Deep understanding of business operations and IT systems
Good to have:
