GAMETEQ is a game producer and developer specializing in creating high-quality mid-core 4X strategy games for mobile and PC platforms. The Middle Product Manager will be responsible for compiling and specifying product requirements, creating and tracking project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met, assigning tasks, managing the project backlog, monitoring processes, and collaborating with other product managers. They will also facilitate communication between teams and provide up-to-date information to participants.
Must have:
  • Project management experience in IT.
  • Substantial gaming experience.
  • Structured thinking.
  • Technical mindset, logical thinking, and relevant higher education.
  • Good understanding of product development methodologies.
  • English language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Experience of working in project management systems.
  • Good managerial skills and experience of delivering presentations.

We are looking for a Middle Product Manager for an MMO game development team.

Responsibilities:
  • Compiling and specifying the requirements for the product under development.
  • Creating and tracking the project's schedule and monitoring the scope of tasks, their deadlines, and specifications.
  • Ensuring that tasks and projects are completed within set deadlines.
  • Assigning tasks to the team in an understandable manner.
  • Keeping a project backlog.
  • Monitoring processes and updating them as per the requirements of the project under development and participating teams.
  • Collaborating closely with game producers and the product managers of other projects.
  • Facilitating communication between teams and project participants.
  • Providing up-to-date information to the participants.

Requirements:
