  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence

About the Job

The Product Manager, Olympics serves as a product liaison for various partners and stakeholders for our Olympic Games Hospitality. The Product Manager for this billion-dollar project spanning the 2026 Games in Milan Cortina and the 2028 Games in Los Angeles represents the staff-facing, client-facing & consumer focused platform needs of On Location to ensure the gathering, definition, communication, and execution of clear requirements and is responsible for performance metrics across our suite of products.

The Product Manager will own a subset of products/workstreams within the Product team. Products within the team currently include but are not limited areas around Large Group Management , Back-Office Admin, Staff-facing apps and other consumer facing experienced used leading up to and during Games Time.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the product discovery and product delivery for a subset of products within the Olympics Product team of On Location Technology.
  • Drive the communication, requirements and integration with business partners, and recommend solutions to determine best path forward.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders across both technology and business teams for requirements, solutioning, and decisioning.
  • Analyze opportunities and inform on strategic initiatives, product enhancements and competitive data.
  • Manage and prioritize feedback loop from relevant stakeholders to the On Location Product and Tech group.
  • Compile detailed business requirements and solutions to collaborate with engineering, QA, design, and UXR.
  • Meet regularly with Product and Tech on product roadmap, vision for your suite of products.
  • Meet regularly with vertical client stakeholders on product roadmap & prioritization.
  • Develop and maintain effective internal communications within Product and other business departments.
  • Promote the highest level of product execution across your team and cross functional stakeholders.
     

What You'll Bring:

  • 4+ years related experience as a product manager in a B2C or B2B enterprise environment
  • Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders at all levels across internal & external organizations
  • Deep technical expertise integrating with partner API’s, SDK’s, and assessing technical documentation.
  • Proven experience leading multiple product launches across web and native teams
  • Solid understanding of design best practices, UX principles, design systems, and UXR practices for web and native applications.
  • Strong experience with analytics and synthesizing data leveraging tools such as Amplitude, Looker, Snowflake, and Segment
  • Ability to provide deep insight for product solutions leveraging UXR, data and analytics
  • Ability to communicate with data in order to influence product decisions and prioritization.
  • Deep knowledge and awareness of the latest technical innovations and industry trends
  • Ability to provide deep insight in data, analytics, and qualitative feedback
  • Strong presentation skills with ability to influence a variety of audiences
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong proficiency with Jira and Confluence
  • Team player who promotes an example of working in a high achieving environment
  • Exudes a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering the best
  • Highly organized with a track record of prioritizing multiple projects and delivering on deadlines
  • Experience with Optimo or Eventim is a plus

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.  Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.


Hiring Range Minimum:

$101,250 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:

$135,000 annually
