One of the Playtech‘s units is looking for a proactive Production QA Engineer with good troubleshooting skills, high energy, and the ability to switch quickly between different topics and projects.

Your influential mission. You will...

• Test mobile web applications, including functional and non-functional testing.
• Test web desktop applications.
• Verify production configurations.
• Troubleshoot issues in production.
• Verify production issues.
• Support integrations.
• Support UAT processes with new brands.
• Create complex configurations via the internal backend system.
• Communicate with developers and stakeholders to solve general issues.
• Report and track defect statuses in the bug-tracking system.
• Maintain test environments (servers, microservices, DB, applications deployment).
• Create and execute test plans for projects.
• Support development teams when needed, participating in specific sprints to ensure goals are met.
• Support major and maintenance releases in production.

• Are highly motivated with the ambition to learn new things and get things done.
• Possess knowledge of the main testing methodologies.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and initiative skills.
• Have good troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Have a very good level of communication in English.
• Possess basic knowledge of SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of network issue troubleshooting (using SSH tools).
• Have an understanding of the Agile/Scrum development process.
• Have an understanding of monolith and microservices.

• A university degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Previous experience in technical support or a similar role.
• 1+ years of experience as a QA Engineer.
• Experience in testing web applications.
