We’re currently seeking a Project/Program Coordinator for a 6-month contract opportunity with a leading global e-commerce company. This onsite role is based in Draper, UT.
As a Project/Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and enforcing policies within the seller community, ensuring a fair and trustworthy environment. You will monitor and support the community, detect violations, and work to improve policies to create a better experience for sellers. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support the seller community to maintain a positive, engaging environment.
- Foster community engagement by overseeing forums and documenting feedback from sellers to improve policies.
- Enforce policies by monitoring seller activity, detecting fraud, and identifying any violations or unfair practices.
- Investigate reports of misconduct and take appropriate actions, including issuing warnings and managing policy enforcement.
Requirements:
- Experience in seller community management.
- Ability to foster engagement and effectively monitor forums.
- Strong understanding of live streaming and/or collectibles communities.
- Knowledge of policy enforcement and the ability to manage fraud detection and violations.
- Strong investigative skills and the ability to handle sensitive issues professionally.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week, and the length of the assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
