We are looking for a Receivable Accountant.

Your main tasks will be:

• Review and validate revenue reconciliations and summary reports from payment processors
• Generate and record sales-related documents in the ERP system, broken down by revenue types (gross revenue, refunds, chargebacks, fees, holds, VAT), products, and currencies
• Prepare templates for uploading transaction data into the ERP system
• Reconcile accounts receivable balances with customers and partners
• Prepare financial documentation and reporting packages for partner agent companies
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of revenue data across systems and reports
• Communication with external counterparts for reconciliation and problem resolution
• Preparation and submission of data and documents as requested by auditors, outsourcers, and internal users
• Participation in process optimization and ERP automation for revenue accounting
• Execution of tasks assigned by the manager
  

We expect from you:

• Solid understanding of double-entry accounting principles
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (including pivot tables, lookups, data cleansing)
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. 1C, Xero, Quickbooks or similar)
• Reconciliation skills — ability to match and validate large data sets
• Basic accounting knowledge, especially around revenue and receivables

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
