Responsibilities include supporting the entire recruitment process, using various tools to place top talent, and assisting with onboarding programs. Job Details
We are looking for a part-time recruitment specialist to support our teams in various needs and help Dream Games continue to be a great place to work. As a part-time recruitment specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our success and enable our growth.

Responsibilities
- Supporting the team throughout the entire recruitment process
- Using various tools and research methods to place top talent and build a robust candidate flow
- Supporting onboarding and orientation programs to ensure newcomer adaptation and engagement
- Helping the team in the operation of all HR projects
Requirements
- Pursuing your 4th year and graduating by June 2025 from university
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Passion for learning the recruitment process
- Eager to learn ATS and other recruitment tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Available for at least three days per week, including two consecutive days
- Excellent communication skills
- Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
