The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. In this role, you will be focused on driving smooth transitions and ensuring successful adoption of new initiatives across Google Cloud's global sales organization. As a Regional Landing Lead, you'll be a key player in operationalizing critical changes, working closely with both the central change team and regional stakeholders. You'll be responsible for understanding the impact of planned changes in the region that you support, tailoring communication and training programs, and ultimately ensuring that field sellers are equipped to embrace and effectively utilize new tools, processes, and strategies.
