The Regional Sales Enablement Senior Associate, APAC will create engaging learning experiences for regional sales teams to drive growth and achieve results. This role involves partnering with business operations and sales leadership to develop and execute learning programs aligned with regional priorities. Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, translating content, developing communication plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and reporting on success metrics. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in ad sales, global sales operations, curriculum design, or similar roles, with proven skills in project management, communication, and stakeholder management. Experience with LMS and CRM systems is a plus. The role is based in Singapore and reports to the Director, Ads Sales Enablement and Training.
Must have:

  • Experience facilitating training or related activities
  • Develop and own regional Ads learning curriculum
Good to have:
  • Experience with LMS (Intellum, Articulate)
  • Experience with CRM or Order Management Systems

The core Advertising team is charged with building a new, best-in-class Ads organization to establish Netflix as the premiere platform for advertiser partners and to drive advertising revenue. As part of the Enablement and Training team, Netflix is seeking a Sales Enablement Partner to support the EMEA, LATAM, or APAC regions. 

This Senior Associate/ Manager will create a remarkable and equitable learning experience for our regional sales teams to help empower their growth and achieve results. As a strategic partner to many cross-functional teams around the company, you will act as the voice and representative of the region as your end customer. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, adept at project and stakeholder management, and able to work in an ambiguous environment with minimal guidance. The role will report directly to the Director, Ads Sales Enablement and Training.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Business Operations teams to ensure enablement programs are integrated into the regional go-to-market approach

  • Partner with the regional Sales Leadership team to plan, coordinate, and execute high-quality learning programs that are aligned with regional sales priorities - develop and own the regional Ads learning curriculum 

  • Facilitate enablement workshops and sessions and translate relevant content for regional use - both internal NFLX sales and external partners (EMEA/LATAM/APAC)

  • Develop communication plans that reinforce the regional relevance of global initiatives

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ie. PMM, Product, Ads Marketing) to create a world-class learning experience for regional sellers (EMEA/LATAM/APAC)

  • Report on success metrics and draw insights from the data

Experience: 

  • 7 - 10 years of experience in ad sales and/or working as a Global Sales and Operation Lead, Curriculum Designer, or similar roles leading strategy for a global sales team.

  • Experience selling or developing programmatic capabilities in commercial sales teams

  • Excellent project and stakeholder management, presence, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven experience facilitating training or other related activity

  • Experience working with LMS like Intellum, Articulate, or similar

  • Experience with CRM or Order Management Systems are a plus!
