Job Description
This role requires a Senior Planner with strong analytical skills to develop and enhance SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning Models. Responsibilities include designing and building sophisticated planning models across key business areas (Revenue, Opex, Capex, HR), managing data loads from sources like SAP S/4HANA, performing data validation, collaborating with FP&A to understand needs and deliver financial reports, and demonstrating deep understanding of SAC features (data actions, multi-actions, calendar schedules). Strong financial modeling skills, expertise in SAC Advanced Formulas and Javascript, and experience with workforce planning (HR data, people, salary, bonuses) are essential. Effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences is required.

Job Details
This position requires a highly analytical Senior Planner to focus on the development and enhancement of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning Models. The analyst will work closely with business partners to gather requirements, build and maintain SAC Planning Applications, and ensure they meet business needs. Strong financial modeling skills and expertise in SAC Advanced Formulas and Javascript are essential.
Responsibilities
- Planning Model Development: Design and build sophisticated planning models across key business areas (Revenue, Opex, Capex, HR).
- Data Management: Manage data loads from various sources (SAP S/4, HANA), perform data validation, and ensure data quality.
- FP&A Support: Collaborate with FP&A to understand their needs, develop custom solutions, and deliver critical financial reports and analyses.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate deep understanding of SAC features (data actions, multi actions, calendar schedules) and best practices.
- Communication: Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Prior finance/modeling/planning experience.
- 5 years minimum of experience with SAP Analytics Cloud is required.
- WorkForce planning experience - HR data, people, salary, bonuses.
- Sound fundamentals on financial knowledge, analytical/data modeling ability.
- Excellent English language skills.
