Sales Operations Analyst

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Sales Operation Analyst for a global footwear company. 

You’ll support the Sales team by collecting data and deeply analyzing market sales trends to pinpoint opportunities and risks for brand growth. This is a 12 month contract opportunity. The role is located in Jersey City, and is hyrid 3 days onsite with 2 days remote.

Sales Operation Analyst Responsibilities: 

• You will support the Sales department by providing detailed reporting aimed at driving incremental sales, including crucial Sell Thru reports that spotlight our successes and growth opportunities 
• You will contribute to the Sales Analytics Team by developing innovative methods to track and report on selling trends and market intelligence.
• You will craft and refine comprehensive reports for the Sales team, which will serve as a cornerstone for strategic business decisions.
• Your role will also encompass establishing consistent best practices and offering ongoing, tailored support to the Sales Team.

Sales Operation Analyst Requirements: 

• 5+ years of Sales Operations experience 
• Experience working for or partnering with sales team in an Analyst capacity 
• Expertise in utilizing data to enhance and support narrative storytelling.
• Exceptional problem-solving and collaborative talents, coupled with creative thinking.
