The role requires strong project management skills, familiarity with sales enablement tools (Salesforce, Lessonly), and excellent communication skills. The associate will contribute to the VIP team's success by optimizing performance and addressing skill gaps.

As a Sales Operations Enablement Associate, you will shape and grow our enablement program by creating impactful training, managing dynamic projects, and leveraging data to enhance team performance. What you’ll do as a Sales Operations Enablement Associate

  • Design and implement coaching and training programs to optimize performance and address skill gaps.

  • Develop, maintain, and manage scalable resources like playbooks and training modules to support team growth.

  • Oversee the lifecycle of enablement projects, ensuring smooth planning, execution, and coordination with stakeholders.

  • Measure program success through data analysis and reporting, refining strategies for maximum impact.

  • Streamline the VIP Team processes, document best practices, and act as a key contact for enablement-related needs.

  • Communicate updates and outcomes to leadership to align initiatives with broader goals.

 

What you’ll bring   

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Education, or a related field.

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, sales enablement, training, project management, or a related role.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Lessonly.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience leveraging feedback mechanisms like NPS for improvement.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 56,000.00 USD - 70,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
