Job Description
The SAP Basis Associate Consultant role within invenioLSI Grow is a fast-tracked training program for individuals with limited SAP experience. The program includes hands-on training, project collaboration, mentorship, and regular performance reviews. Responsibilities involve mastering advanced SAP Basis skills, acquiring knowledge of SAP Technical Consultant methods, and actively exploring learning opportunities. The role also requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Up to 80% travel may be required post-training. The program aims to develop future leaders in SAP consulting within invenioLSI.
Must have:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT
- Understanding of Basis programming and SAP customization
- Knowledge of cloud technologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to have:
- Experience with an accredited SAP Alliance University program
- Knowledge of SDLC Methodology

As an Associate SAP Consultant in the invenioLSI Grow program, you undergo an immersive learning experience to jumpstart your SAP consulting career. Role – SAP Basis Associate Consultant, invenioLSI Grow
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree IT with 0-1 year of relevant experience in a related field.
- Preference is given to candidates with academic exposure and experience with an accredited SAP Alliance University program.
- Understands Basis programming and SAP customization.
- Should possess technical knowledge of cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of SDLC Methodology is a plus.
- SAP certification (Basis) preferable.
Responsibilities
- Master advanced SAP Basis skills by completing the training program.
- Acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for an SAP Technical Consultant.
- Practice and update oneself on the topics covered during the training.
- Proactively explore learning to have in-depth knowledge and expertise.
Business Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to communicate with others clearly and concisely.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio (optional).
- Understand business processes for focus areas or modules.
- Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks.
- Strong analytical skills.
Consulting Skills
- Aptitude for working in a team environment; problem-solving skills, creative thinking, communicating clearly and empathetically, strong time management, and ability to collaborate with all levels of staff.
- Learn/understand consulting “soft” skills necessary on engagements, as well as with team collaborative initiatives.
- Strong presentation skills.

- Self-starter with the ability to manage their own time and tasks to meet training milestones.

- Assists team effort in preparing and developing solution documentation for projects.
