We’re a team of UX content strategists, program managers, and content editors who use data to create great content and experiences for our fellow employees. Through our self-service channel, My Google, we provide helpful answers, high-quality content, and seamless entry points to the HR systems and tools that Googlers use for performance management, requesting time off, making the most of their benefits, and more.
We're seeking an applicant to lead the successful creation, rollout, and adoption of modular content models, user journey taxonomies, and Large Language Model QA frameworks to enable AI tools across My Google and other service delivery channels. You will collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes, maximize efficiency gains, and drive content excellence with AI. This is not a writing, web content management, or content marketing role.
