Job Summary

Job Description

Mistplay seeks a Senior Administrative Assistant in Seoul, South Korea to support APAC leaders and the team. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings (virtual and in-person), travel planning, providing administrative support to team members, assisting with onboarding/offboarding, and serving as a liaison between APAC and North American teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace. Experience with travel planning and HR processes is a plus. The role requires fluency in English; Japanese or Chinese is beneficial.

Mistplay, the leading loyalty platform in the mobile gaming industry, is pursuing its global expansion. As one of the fastest-growing businesses in Canada, Mistplay is developing in the APAC region and is seeking a dedicated and organized Executive Assistant based in Seoul, South Korea to provide comprehensive support to our APAC leaders and team. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between the APAC team and our HQ in North America.

In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks, playing a vital role in supporting the success of our APAC operations. You will need to be proactive, efficient, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting APAC leaders with administrative tasks.

Organizing and managing calendars for APAC leaders, coordinating meetings (recurring and ad hoc), and ensuring efficient scheduling.

Coordinating both virtual and in-person meetings, including preparing meeting rooms and ensuring correct Meet/Zoom links.

Travel planning, out-of-office meetings, and reservations for APAC team members.

Providing support to APAC team members with various administrative needs.

Assisting with onboarding and off-boarding processes for APAC employees.

Serving as a liaison between the APAC team and HQ/North American team members, facilitating communication and coordination.

Supporting with reporting tasks as needed.

Filing any reports as required.

Helping shape and foster the Mistplay culture within the APAC team, contributing to a positive and engaging work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in an administrative support role.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with great time management abilities.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Ability to manage and juggle multiple priorities effectively.

Experience coordinating virtual and in-person meetings.

Basic to moderate skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and/or Google Docs.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Experience with travel planning and reservations.

Experience with onboarding and off-boarding processes is a plus.

Enthusiastic and passionate about supporting a dynamic team.

English is required; Japanese or Chinese is a plus.
