- Performance analysis of digital and CRM campaigns, with a focus on lead management and conversion KPIs
- Analysis of the customer base, through the formulation of behavioural scores and business-driven indices to guide strategic decisions
- Collect data from internal and external sources, organize and structure it in order to clean up databases, correcting any errors in data collection and storage systems
- Create reports and documents with the results of the analyses to be presented to internal stakeholders.
Hard skills:
- Min 4 years in same role in a consultant company
- Strong math and analytical skills. Expert in excel and/or other data modeling applications. SQL fundamentals or similar experience in analyzing large datasets is required. Office suite (Excel in particular)
- Passionate about data mining, identifying patterns and potential anomalies, and resolving them
- Strong working experience with software such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
- Experience in data cleaning and preparation (ETL)
- Python or another programming language is an advantage
- Decision Support: Extract useful insights for strategic project decisions.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for optimizing existing business reports or procedures.
Soft skills:
- Ability to work within a complex and fluid, fast-paced, demanding work environment;
- An ability to thrive in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment, working independently and collaboratively with x-functional teams;
- Highly effective communication skills (verbal and written);
- Previous experience in other CRM or Automotive projects/companies is an advantage.
