Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:

 ETL Testing: Develop and execute test cases for ETL processes,
ensuring accurate data transformation, loading, and extraction.
Validate data integrity and consistency across various stages of
ETL pipelines.
 Cloud Based Services: Knowledge about data related services for
leading cloud service providers (AWS/Azure) to test and validate
ETL processes.
 Data Related Concepts: Should have knowledge and
understanding of data lake and date warehouse concepts.
 Test Planning: Collaborate with business analysts and developers
to understand requirements and create detailed test plans and
scenarios. Identify test data requirements and prepare test data
as needed.
 Automation: Demonstrated experience of automating tests
across multiple platforms and technologies and understand its
application throughout the full development lifecycle.
 Issue Tracking: Identify, document, and track defects or issues in
the ETL process. Work closely with the development team to
troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely manner.
 Reporting: Generate and present test reports, including test
results, defect reports, and test coverage metrics. Provide
feedback on ETL processes and recommend improvements based
on test findings.
 Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that
ETL solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
Participate in meetings and provide input on data quality and
testing best practices.
Skills:
 Proficiency in data services of any leading cloud providers like
AWS, Azure
 Strong knowledge of ETL concepts, data warehousing, and data
integration.
 Experience with SQL and scripting languages for data validation
and testing.
 Familiarity with test automation tools and practices.
 Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets and perform
data profiling.
 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
 Experience with Cloud DevOps for CI/CD integration.
 Certifications in cloud technologies or related data technologies.
