Senior Backend Physical Design Engineer

Job Description

• Physical implementation of next generation high performance AI accelerators in advanced technology nodes.
• Full ownership of all RTL2GDS flows including timing, power, formal and physical verification signoffs.
• Power oriented design including PI/SI flow development for full system models (Die / Package / PCB)
• Work closely with System, Design, DFT teams
• Location: Tel Aviv / Caesarea

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as Backend Engineer
• Experience in RTL2GDS flows and methodologies (synthesis/P&R/physical verification/timing signoff)
• Scripting skills - TCL / python
• Familiarity with RHSC and performing EMIR/SIPI analysis including HFSS – Advantage
