The Senior Director Technical PMO to join our Portfolio Management Office. This role is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and governance of complex technical initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible to ensure prioritizing projects based on strategic alignment, resource availability, and risk assessment. This role is ideal for a visionary leader who can drive strategic initiatives, enhance project delivery capabilities with best practices and operational efficiency, and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Reporting to the Vice President, Portfolio Management Office, the Senior Director, Technical PMO will lead a globally dispersed team of program and project professionals. This role serves as a strategic partner to the technology leadership team, with high visibility and responsibility for supporting a diverse range of internal customers across the globe. Key priorities for this role include establishing a comprehensive development framework, implementing career pathing to retain top talent, and building a robust leadership bench to support future growth.
