White Turtle Studios, part of the Trailer Park Group, is seeking an experienced Data Asset Management professional in Mumbai. The role involves organizing data, shortlisting images from raw databases, and collaborating with internal teams for efficient content delivery. Responsibilities include daily uploading and downloading of content from various online platforms like G-drive, OneDrive, and Box to a local server, ensuring daily data transition targets are met with quality and timeliness. The position requires meticulous record-keeping in Excel sheets for daily development and storage cleanup, as well as separating assets into RAW/JPEG formats and appropriate foldering. Strong communication skills with a polite attitude are essential for interacting with cross-functional team members.
Must have:
  • 3-4 years of Data or Content Management experience
  • Willingness to contribute extra time
  • Open to learning new aspects of Data Operations
  • Familiarity with Box, OneDrive, Google Drive, Slack
  • Knowledge of data download/upload challenges

White Turtle Studios, A Trailer Park Group Company, is looking for an experienced and skilled member to join our Data Asset Management team based in Mumbai.

We create and produce some of the world's most recognizable key art for film, TV/streaming and home media clients. We have built a great reputation on award-winning creative, great service, and a fun and energetic culture—and we may be looking for you to join us as we build our team in Mumbai.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Asset team member to join our team.

The ideal candidate will focus on putting his complete dedication on data operation task, ensuring timely delivery as per guidelines provided during the time of assign task to them. It involves data organization, image shortlisting, and collaborating with internal team’s efficient content delivery. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Content Management (Download & Upload):

  • Efficiently Daily Upload and Download content from G-drive other Online Deta transfer website, OneDrive including Clients BOX account to LOCAL Server with a Daily target in accordance with content requests received from client.
  • Ensure the Daily Data Transition Target to be achieved, meeting quality standards and timelines. Artist only can work on Project after data finished their task.  

Data Management and Storage:

  • Mention all the record in excel sheet of daily development on storage clean up.

Image Shortlisting:

  • Dedicatedly Need to work on RAW imagery Database received directedly form shoot of shows for shortlisting of images
  • As per the attribute the asset will be separated in RAW/JPEG and foldering

Communication:

  • Well-mannered communication with a polite attitude is a must to have point for this position while interacting with cross functional team members

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in Data or Content Management (Preferably Studio & Production House)
  • Willing to contribute extra time and effort to projects based on the criticality of key timelines.
  • Should be open to embracing and learning new aspects of Data Operations.
  • Familiarity with Box link, Microsoft OneDrive, and Google Drive are prerequisites. Slack.
  • Knowledge Of Data Download Upload challenges via online medium as per data size.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft excel/Email.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft and Mac system
  • Data Copy Past 
  • Hard Drive Operating knowledge (How to Connect to PC and eject the Drive)
