Job Description
As a Senior Graphic Designer your primary focus will be to creatively lead complex design projects to maintain and elevate brand consistency and company's visual identity across all design projects. Additionally you will be overseeing timelines, resources, and taking initiative to identify and address areas for improvement within the team.
Daily responsibilities:
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions align with business objectives.
- Provide design feedback and guidance to junior designers and contribute to their professional development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices through continuous learning and research.
- Participate in design reviews and critiques, providing constructive feedback to colleagues and receiving feedback on their own work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Communicate project updates and progress through project management software and regular team meetings.
- Document design decisions, processes, and rationale for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, clearly articulating the rationale behind design choices.
- Play an active role in the professional development of junior designers, providing mentorship, training opportunities, and career guidance.
- Proactively share industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices with the team.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to translate marketing objectives into effective visual communication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Passion for the gaming industry and a deep understanding of gaming culture.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of web design and development (e.g., HTML, CSS).
- Brand design and identity development, including brand strategy, creating brand identities, and developing brand guidelines and style guides.
- DTP and layout design, including layout principles, typography, and image placement.
- Additional graphic design skills, including illustration, photo editing, and image manipulation.

Additional Information
Working mode
- Office-First / hybrid: working primarily from the Warsaw studio for a minimum of 3 days per week.
(While we prefer in-person collaboration, we are open to discussing remote work options for the ideal candidate).
