Job Description

CrazyLabs seeks a Marketing Tech Lead (Unity) to spearhead a team of Unity and HTML developers. The role involves creating engaging gameplay experiences for video and playable ads across various mobile game projects. Responsibilities include leading development teams, managing resources, overseeing the full mobile development lifecycle (Android and iOS), and ensuring projects align with marketing objectives. A strong understanding of game technology (gameplay, graphics, tools) is crucial. Proficiency in Unity 3D with 2D mobile game development, Git, and HTML5/JavaScript/WebGL is required. Experience with shader writing and playable ad creation (Blacksmith2D, Three.js) is a plus.

Must have:

Unity 3D & 2D mobile game dev (Android/iOS)
Git experience in multi-developer environment
Full mobile development cycle expertise
Team & resource management experience
Wide understanding of game technology
HTML5, JavaScript, WebGL development

Good to have:

Shader writing experience
Playable ad creation (Blacksmith2D, Three.js)

Description

CrazyLabs is looking for a Marketing Tech Lead to join our amazing, passionate marketing team, working on a variety of mobile game projects. As a Marketing tech Lead, you will lead a team of Unity developers and HTML developers focused on creating engaging gameplays for video and playable ads.

Requirements

Requirements

Experience in Unity 3D with 2D mobile game development for both Android and iOS platforms - A Must
Experience working with source control systems such as Git, in a multi-developer team environment.
Experience in full mobile development cycle
Experience in managing development teams and resources
Wide understanding of game technology areas (gameplay, graphics, tools etc.)
Experience in HTML5, JavaScript, WebGL development
Show understanding of technology architecture

Plus Experience

Experience in writing shaders
Experience in creating playable ads (Blacksmith2D, Three.js)
