The Role:

For the past years the Commercial organization in Europe Region has designed, developed and rolled out a Customer Sales planning and management tool with the aim to work smarter, faster and more productively.

Reporting to the Head of Sales Capability, the selected candidate will be responsible for project managing the development of One Stop Customer Sales planning and management platform and developing and harmonizing the underlying business processes.

  • Manage the development of the new platform functionalities and capabilities driving Sales and Marketing productivity, with the ultimate goal of topline and bottom-line growth.
  • Define, validate and align functional requirements for the platform with European stakeholders and SMEs.
  • Synchronize high-level Customer Sales planning and management functional priorities and requirements across Global Commercial Organisation Regions.
  • Harmonize functional requirements cross-functionally to ensure end-to-end Customer Sales planning and management workflow.  
  • Align functional development priorities with European Leadership Team stakeholders and One Stop Steerco.
  • Build, validate and harmonize end-to-end Customer Sales planning and management processes and workflows with Europe region and other stakeholders
  • Harmonize  Customer Sales planning and management processes and functionalities to GCO end-to-end commercial processes.
  • Drive achievement of One Stop Customer Sales planning and management KPIs.

                                                                                                                                                              

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Proven work experience in Marketing, Sales, and Project Management.
  • Strong business, sales, marketing, and financial acumen.
  • Proven track record driving and coordinating projects and programs (Six Sigma, PMP or equivalent).
  • Solid experience in business process management and engineering.
  • Preferred: experience with consumer electronics or FMCG in multi-channel / multi markets and multi category business.
  • Preferred: background in account management of etail/ Retail/ B2B  accounts.
  • Analytic, structured, highly driven, and solution-oriented person.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in multi-functional matrix organizations.
  • Fluent in English.
