Job Description

Ninja Mart is seeking a Senior Operations Executive to drive operational excellence and expansion in Peninsular Malaysia. Ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related fields, strong time management and prioritization skills, adaptability to a fast-paced FMCG environment, and a data-driven approach. Must be proficient in managing inventory, warehouse operations, and team leadership.

Launched in Feb 2021, Ninja Mart is Ninja Van’s first FMCG-focused logistics unit. We connect brands with retailers in suburban and rural regions of Vietnam and Malaysia, unlocking endless possibilities for business expansion in this fast-growing region.

Ninja Mart is here to serve as one-stop solution provider. Harnessing the power of data, we assist brands with supply chain optimisation and cost-effective solutions based on their business objectives. Technology from Ninja Van’s tech-enabled systems is also leveraged upon to provide data-driven performance reporting.

As our business scales to meet customer demand, we are looking for a candidate who is able to work with our regional and local teams on operational activities centered around data, administrative tasks, and express logistics. The goal is to enable our business model to grow speedily and sustainably.

The role :

Executional rollout of operations: Ensure alignment and implementation of HQ strategies and cross-departmental initiatives to drive cohesive operations and achieve organizational goals effectively.
Inventory & Warehouse Management: Oversee efficient inventory and warehouse operations across Peninsular Malaysia, optimizing processes to meet demand while minimizing costs and maximizing customer satisfaction.
Operational Excellence: Drive initiatives for process improvement and operational efficiency, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations teams.
Expansion Oversight: Manage expansion efforts in alignment with business growth objectives, ensuring scalability and sustainability of operations across all locations in Peninsular Malaysia.
Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support for the operations team to deliver high-quality results, fostering a collaborative and empowering environment that encourages professional development and growth.
Performance Management: Develop and implement strategies to measure and improve operational performance, leveraging data-driven insights to drive decision-making and achieve operational excellence throughout the region.

As part of the Ninja Mart team, the Senior Operations Executive will be in charge of expansion activities and ongoing operational excellence in Peninsular Malaysia.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related field.
Preferably candidate with at least 3 years related working experience.
Good time management and ability to prioritize task effectively.
Adaptability, able to thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment and adherence to timeline.
Self-motivated & proactive; able to work independently & at the same time a team player.
Problem-solving oriented, analytical and data-driven.
Good written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with the key stakeholders
