Job Description

Senior PMO needed for IT platform change implementation at GOTO in Wroclaw, Poland. Responsibilities include supporting stakeholders through change delivery using the ServiceNow IRM platform, preparing progress/risk/issue reports, acting as a main point of contact for project tools, liaising with business partners, managing project activities, and preparing project documentation. The ideal candidate will have proven PM/PMO experience in IT, excellent written and verbal communication (English), strong reporting skills, advanced MS Office skills, and a results-oriented approach.

Must have:

Proven PM/PMO experience in IT
Excellent written & verbal communication (English)
Strong reporting skills & attention to detail
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint)
ServiceNow IRM platform expertise

Project description

Are you an expert when it comes to the ServiceNow IRM platform? Do you have a track record of supporting IT/Business stakeholders through change delivery processes? Can you build relationships and influence outcomes, balancing between a trusted advisor and an independent challenger?

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Project Management Officer to:

support implementation of IT platform change across GOTO

prepare different types of reports related with progress, dependencies, risk and issues

act as a main point of contact regarding project related tools

liaise with business partners and peers

participate and manage various project specific activities as required.

manage preparation and collect project and process related documentation

prepare and manage project communication plan

Skills

Must have

proven experience in PM/PMO related to IT initiatives / projects

outstanding written and verbal communication with proficiency in English

strong reporting skills and good attention to detail

advanced MS Office skills with focus on Excel & PowerPoint

hardworking with ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

good teammate with results-oriented approach and demonstrate ability to learn.
