Summary of Position

The Senior TA Partner is responsible for the full-cycle recruiting for open positions within Nexon America. This includes sourcing, recruiting, screening, testing and interviewing all candidates for any open positions.

We are currently working in the office 2-3x a week in a hybrid work model.

Job Responsibilities

• Handles the screening, presentation, selection, offer negotiation, closing and admin components in full lifecycle recruiting
• Partner with the hiring teams to strategically guide the hiring process
• Develop and implement creative and effective sourcing strategies for open positions and adjust plans and pipelines as necessary
• Promotes employment initiatives at industry events, job fairs, conferences, etc.
• Other duties as assigned

Work Experience

• 5+ years of professional recruiting experience
• Games experience preferred
• Applicant Tracking System experience (JobScore is a plus)

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Knowledge/Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of various Technology functions
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and function effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated knowledge supporting Technology team

Compensation Description for Pay Transparency (annually)

The base salary range for this position in El Segundo, CA is $110,000 - $130,000 annually.

Our salary ranges are determined by market data based on position and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salaries for that position. An individual’s pay is determined by factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experiences, relevant education or training, and location.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, however the salary range listed in this job posting reflects the base salary only.
