Marketing Operations Intern: SF - Summer 2025

Your New Role 

This internship will be located in the San Francisco area. The selected intern will be expected to join us in the office on a regular cadence based on the intern manager’s in office schedule. 

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Intern to join the WB Games marketing organization. In this role, you will assist in optimizing our marketing operations by detailing processes, scoping and building reports, and supporting the execution of strategic projects to drive growth. Responsibilities include creating dashboards, process documentation, auditing reports and tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is highly-organized, eager to learn, and has a strong interest in gaming, marketing, and operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of gaming, and help contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

 
Your Role Accountabilities 

  • Assist in the tracking of activations and campaigns across various marketing channels.

  • Build the framework of collect, organizing, and analyzing marketing data to generate actionable insights and create regular reports for the team.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline marketing processes and align campaign efforts.

  • Streamline the project management tools to ensure efficient workflows.

  • Help document and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance the efficiency of the marketing organization.

 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Must be proficient in collaboration tools like MS Office and G-Suite

  • Experience with project management and process tools is preferred

  • Experience building dashboards within Looker is a plus. 

  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program for the full duration of the internship (proof of enrollment required) 

  • Must be a rising Junior or Senior (18 years or older) 

  • Must be in academic good standing (3.0 or above GPA) A transcript will be required to verify your GPA if an offer is extended. 

  • Warner Bros. Discovery will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from Warner Bros. Discovery now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States. Candidates currently on any student or exchange visa, including F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, J-1, M-1, etc., will not be eligible for the internship program. 

 

What to know before applying: 

  • The duration of the summer program regardless of which start/end option is 11 weeks.   

  • Program date options: 

Option 1: June 2nd – August 15th  

Option 2: June 9th – August 22nd   

  • Interns will be expected to work 35-40 hours per week in a hybrid capacity 

  • Our internships are paid opportunities with a competitive hourly wage. Credit is not required; however, we will provide the necessary documentation for school credit if desired. Relocation is not provided.  

  • Interviewing will take place from February through mid-April. A WBD team member will contact you if your experiences and interests match an open internship position. Due to the high volume of applications, we are unable to give individual status updates.
