Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of Automatic crimping machines and related machinery sold Indian market
• Provide pre-sales technical support to distributors
• Should be hands-on
• Able to work with Japanese people by matching their hard work, teamwork, and professional ethics
• Loyalty to employer and utmost care to achieve customer satisfaction at all times
• Should be able to travel to client locations anywhere in India on short notice
• Should be able to travel to Japan or other company locations worldwide wherever required
• Should commit to long-term employment with the company

Qualifications required

• Degree or Diploma (preferably Mechanical or Electrical),
• 2 years or more experience in crimping machine maintenance,
• 4 years or more experience in sales or support of capital equipment (machinery)
