Job Description

Ness Digital Engineering seeks a ServiceNow Integration Lead to design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools (Jira, Jenkins, GitHub, etc.). This role requires developing custom API solutions using Java and Python, ensuring secure data transfer, and collaborating with architects and engineers on scalable solutions. Responsibilities include designing integrations, developing custom API solutions for data exchange and workflow synchronization, ensuring secure and reliable data transfer, collaborating with architects and engineers, and leveraging expertise in Java and Python for integration. The ideal candidate possesses 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow integration development, proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, Glide API, JSON, and XML, experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, OAuth, SSO, and secure protocols, and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains.

Must have:

6+ years ServiceNow integration experience
Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, Glide API, JSON, XML
Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, OAuth, SSO
Java and Python for integration
CI/CD pipeline and DevOps knowledge

Ness Digital Engineering is building a high-performing team to execute a comprehensive Change and Release Management Implementation using ServiceNow (SNOW), Atlassian Jira, and other DevOps tools. The project involves delivering a fully automated, integrated solution for a leading client. The roles require deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and leadership in driving ITSM, ITAM, and integration practices.

Location: USA (1 position)

Responsibilities

Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools like Atlassian Jira, Jenkins, GitHub and other DevOps tools
Develop custom API solutions to support data exchange and workflow synchronization.
Ensure secure and reliable data transfer between integrated systems.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop scalable integration solutions. Strong experience in Java and Python for integration
