- ゲームタイトルの検証QAではタイトルを実際に検証することでPlayStationのソフトウェアの品質を担保します。また、ゲームタイトルだけでなくSIEが取り扱うほとんど全てのプロダクト・サービスに関わっており、いち早く新しい製品や最先端技術に触れることができます。
- 我々の組織は社員・業務委託者を含めると200名以上の人数で構成される大規模な組織です。その中で、チーム/プロジェクトの管理の経験を培うチャンスがあります。

■職務内容
- ゲームタイトル検証のQAエンジニアとして、タイトルの検証を通じてPlayStationプラットフォームの品質を担保します。
- QAプロジェクトのプロジェクトマネージャーとして、テスト計画策定からテストの設計/実行の管理を行います。
- PythonやAWSを用いて業務の自動化やデータ分析を実施することで業務プロセス改善を行います。
- 海外のQA組織と連携し、QA戦略の策定から実行までを協議します。
■求められる実務経験
【必須（MUST）】下記のいずれかのご経験をお持ちの方
- ソフトウェアQA業務の実務経験
- ソフトウェア開発業務の実務経験
- ソフトウェア開発におけるPJ管理の業務経験 (タスク・進捗管理・外部折衝等)
【歓迎（WANT）】
- ソフトウェアテストに関する資格を有する方
- ソフトウェア開発/テストに関する体系的な知識を有する方
- プロジェクトマネージャーの実務経験のある方
- ビッグデータの分析や業務自動化の経験がある方
