Job Description

As a Software QA Engineer, you will ensure the quality of PlayStation platform software by testing game titles and system software. Responsibilities include managing QA projects, from planning and design to execution; using Python and AWS for automation and data analysis to improve processes; collaborating with international QA teams on strategy and implementation; and contributing to the overall quality of PlayStation products and services. The role involves significant interaction with international teams and opportunities for travel. The team embraces new technologies and data analysis using Python/AWS to handle large datasets.

Must have:

Software QA or development experience
Software project management experience
Software testing and verification skills
Proficiency in English communication

Good to have:

Software testing certifications
Project management experience
Big data analysis and automation experience
Python/AWS expertise

ゲームタイトルの検証QAではタイトルを実際に検証することでPlayStationのソフトウェアの品質を担保します。また、ゲームタイトルだけでなくSIEが取り扱うほとんど全てのプロダクト・サービスに関わっており、いち早く新しい製品や最先端技術に触れることができます。
我々の組織は社員・業務委託者を含めると200名以上の人数で構成される大規模な組織です。その中で、チーム/プロジェクトの管理の経験を培うチャンスがあります。

■職務内容

ゲームタイトル検証のQAエンジニアとして、タイトルの検証を通じてPlayStationプラットフォームの品質を担保します。
QAプロジェクトのプロジェクトマネージャーとして、テスト計画策定からテストの設計/実行の管理を行います。
PythonやAWSを用いて業務の自動化やデータ分析を実施することで業務プロセス改善を行います。
海外のQA組織と連携し、QA戦略の策定から実行までを協議します。

■求められる実務経験

【必須（MUST）】下記のいずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

ソフトウェアQA業務の実務経験
ソフトウェア開発業務の実務経験
ソフトウェア開発におけるPJ管理の業務経験 (タスク・進捗管理・外部折衝等)

【歓迎（WANT）】

ソフトウェアテストに関する資格を有する方
ソフトウェア開発/テストに関する体系的な知識を有する方
プロジェクトマネージャーの実務経験のある方
ビッグデータの分析や業務自動化の経験がある方
