Job Description

Hudl seeks a Sr. Workplace Operations Specialist for its Chiavari, Italy office. This role ensures a positive and efficient work environment for employees. Responsibilities include managing the in-office experience, ensuring a safe and well-maintained space, promoting work-life balance, and collaborating with stakeholders (internal and external) to solve problems and anticipate future needs. The position requires five days a week in the office and fluency in Italian and English. Your Role 

We’re looking for a Sr. Workplace Operations Specialist to join our Chiavari office. This role’s main responsibility is to ensure each employee has everything they need to be on top of their game. 

You’ll focus on: 

  • Managing the in-office experience. You’ll help provide Hudl employees a safe, secure, well-maintained and efficient environment in our office in Chiavari, while also promoting a positive work-life balance and high performance culture. 
  • Collaborating with stakeholders. Whether it’s internally across departments or externally with different contractors and vendors, you’ll ensure we’re tracking and solving problems efficiently, plus getting ahead of future issues.

This role requires five days in the office per week, so we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our office in Chiavari, Italy.

Must-Haves

  • Organized. You understand and crave structure. There are many facets to the workplace and you want to understand and add order to all of them.
  • A problem-solver. You’re not intimidated by being thrown into different situations because you have the critical thinking skills to solve whatever problems might come your way.

  • Detail-oriented. Whether it’s ensuring your spreadsheet is tidy and accurate, or verifying that AHU filters were installed correctly, you understand that the details are critical.
  • Resourceful. You think creatively and are able to use the tools at your disposal to make the most of any situation. 
  • Multilingual. You’re fluent in Italian and English. (Any other languages are a plus.)

  • Communication skills. You can talk through big complex problems and discuss process with people that will be unfamiliar with the terminology.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is displayed below. Where a candidate is placed within this base salary range is determined by experience, skills, education and training required for the job as well as our internal pay equity.
