As a Senior Manager in the Strategy and Planning team within the Transformation Office (TO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and design of Marsh's most significant and impactful programs. Reporting directly to the Global Transformation Leader, you will have the unique opportunity to lead a team while providing essential support to the International Chief Operating Officer (COO). This position involves regular engagement with senior leaders across BCS and Marsh in various regions. Your team of specialists will be instrumental in advancing the firm's operational excellence journey by identifying new opportunities, recommending execution strategies, and ensuring accountability among leaders for delivery.
We will count on you to:
- Collaborate with regional and global COOs to implement their strategies by guiding execution and monitoring progress.
- Conduct research and evaluate new ideas in partnership with senior business leaders to develop commercially viable business cases.
- Prepare presentations that track the impact of operational excellence across the organization, tailored for various levels of seniority, including the Marsh Executive Committee and the MMC Executive Committee.
- Provide functional oversight of a team of specialists across multiple regions, ensuring high morale and productivity.
- Develop global strategies that promote a consistent operating model while acknowledging regional nuances.
- Collaborate on cross-functional opportunities within Marsh and across Business Units (BUs) to deliver optimal solutions for our clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including operations and business leaders globally, to sustain a pipeline of opportunities.
- Ensure alignment on strategic priorities through various forums, including quarterly business reviews.
- Advocate for the tools and services provided by the Transformation Office (TO).
