Support Engineer (Building & Architecture and Decorations)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with solutions for problem and QA/QC for in-house and outsourced day-to-day corrective / preventive maintenance of building, architectural and decorations elements (including furniture, paints, graphic, signage, props, drapery, etc.) to meet the safety, functional and show quality standards.
• Monitor and control maintenance database of the computer-aid systems (e.g. Maximo, FCS, Business Objects, etc.), and compile strategic reports for assets reliability as well as improvement of or long-term maintenance efficiency.
• Organize and manage the repair & maintenance workshops to facilitate routine maintenance for the resort.
• Coordinate, supervise and contract management for contractors.
• Coordinate to facilitate the delivery of seasonal events, development and rehab / enhancement projects.
• Planning, sourcing, procurement and control of spare materials and consumables
• As Subject Matter Experts (SME) trainer to develop and update the operational and technical training materials.

Requirements:

• At least High Certificate in Building-related Studies, Civil Engineering, Fine Arts, Facility Management or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant job experience, less experience candidate will be considered as Associate Engineer.
• Knowledge of construction and occupational safety and other statutory requirements for maintenance and construction project.
• Technical know-how on their Subject Matter Expert (SME) and materials to achieve sustainable development.
• Strong technical know-how with solid experience to facilitate the quality control and maintenance aspects.
