Job Description

Paytm is seeking a Team Lead for Field Sales in Kashipur. The role involves managing an assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales targets and corporate objectives. Responsibilities include building a database of key contacts, fostering client relationships, and managing category leads from qualification to closure. The candidate will be responsible for sales enrollments and achieving sales targets within the city, conducting market research, and preparing lists of prospective customers. A key aspect of the role is to handle and motivate the sales team to achieve better sales performance, ensuring team members are actively engaged in enrollment and usage activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively within their designated areas.
Must have:
  • Smartphone, bike, and helmet
  • Zeal for growth
  • Good market knowledge
  • Previous channel sales experience
  • Managed a sales team of 5
  • Understand distribution concepts
  • Understand expansion concepts
  • Understand metrics
  • Experience getting teams lucrative incentives
Good to have:
  • Graduate or above
  • Post graduation preferred

Education
Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred.

Job Descriptions-

 Responsible for the Sales enrollments/Sales in the city.
 Do the market race and prepare the list of prospective customers.
 Handle the Team Members and motivate them for better sales.
 Ensure the team members are in market where enrollments & usage are done regularly.
 Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified areas

Key Role:
 
 Manage an assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales target and meet corporate.
 Objectives Build Database of key contact persons in the assigned geography.
 Build and maintain relationships with key client personnel Manage Category leads from qualification to closure.
