Technical Program Manager II, Data Center Quality, Cloud Supply Chain

This role involves collaborating with Technical Leads, Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Center Operations, and other stakeholders to define quality goals, monitor metrics, and implement corrective/preventative actions. Responsibilities include supporting ML/Networking New Product Introductions, setting quality goals, tracking key metrics, guiding data analysis for quality improvement, and partnering with various teams to drive quality initiatives. The position requires working with stakeholders to meet or exceed quality goals and regularly reporting quality status to leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience in data center operations and product quality, with cross-functional project management experience preferred.
