Responsibilities

Manage employee travel arrangements, ensuring compliance with corporate travel policies
Assess and approve all travel and accommodation applications
Maintain relationships with travel vendors and corporate partners
Validate invoices for accuracy and alignment with budget guidelines
Create monthly reports on travel expenses and usage
Monitor annual budget utilization and control costs
Develop, update, and socialize Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for travel management
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
Provide timely updates to stakeholders on travel and event-related matters

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in travel management, project coordination, or HR-related roles
Strong knowledge of corporate travel policies and procedures
Experience in vendor management and negotiation
Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Forms, and web-based platforms
Familiar with project management tools and processes
Expertise in data analytics, collection, and preparation
