Team Introduction The HROP Payroll Ops team strives to be the trusted partner to the employees as we respect and value their opinions and honoring our promise in handling sensitive data with integrity. Responsibilities - Ensure all payroll processes adhere to federal, state, and local regulations, including tax laws and wage and hour laws; - Oversee the accurate and timely execution of payroll, including regular and off-cycle runs; - Conduct regular audits and ensuring compliance and preparing detailed reports for management; - Identify areas for improving payroll processes to enhance compliance and efficiency; - Manage a team of payroll professionals, providing guidance on compliance matters; - Ensure the payroll system is configured to comply with all regulatory requirement; - Develop and update payroll policies and procedures, ensuring they are clearly communicated and consistently applied for compliance purpose; - Identify and mitigate compliance risks related to payroll, including fraud prevention and data security.

Minimum Qualifications - Extensive experience in payroll compliance and administration, tax consulting experience; - Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software, such as ADP, Workday or similar platforms; - In-depth understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements in North America; - Exceptional communication and proven leadership and team management experience; - Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar certification is highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, Human resources, or related field; - Experience in Big Four global accounting firms is highly desirable; - Familiarity with international payroll processes and regulations is a plus.
