They are crucial in strategizing and implementing tasks and targets critical for timely and budget-conscious project delivery. Responsibilities include tracking and managing workflow, maintaining a positive work environment, organizing meetings and taking notes, updating the production database, communicating information, ensuring task delivery, overseeing client deliveries, organizing reference material, managing resources, and communicating with other departments. The coordinator anticipates and communicates issues to the Producer and Supervisor, and takes detailed notes. Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership skills are required. Additionally, a basic understanding of visual effects workflows and MS Office, along with common file formats, are essential.
