Job Details
Responsibilities:
仕事内容
ディレクターの目指すゲームの全体の流れや進行をデザインする
アクション部分以外のゲームに必要な要素を構築する
アクションを含めたゲーム全体の遊びの流れをデザインする
クエストやイベントの仕組みをデザインする
関連仕様書・ドキュメントなどの資料作成
Requirements:
応募資格
・リードプランナーとしての実務経験がある方
・プロジェクト開発期から関わり、リリースまで迎えた経験
・ゲームの核となるゲームシステムを設計・構築した経験
・コミュニケーション能力、調整能力、協調性のある方
賃金
■年収額：応相談
※経験・スキル等を考慮し、当社規定により優遇します。
※固定残業代月35時間分を含みます。超過分は別途支給します。
労働時間・休日
就業時間 09:30 ~ 18:30 休憩時間 60分
フレックス制（コアタイム無し）
完全週休２日制（土日・祝日）
年末年始休暇（１２３０-０１０３）
病気休暇：１２日
入社初年度１０日、入社月により期間按分付与。翌年から１３日、在籍年数踏まえてMax２２日
