We have created a world-class 3D Visualization platform that makes vehicles accessible to all. We are looking for a '3D Manager' who will help build the next generation of visualization of Automotive Retail Globally. 

Responsibilities:

·      Lead and manage the 3D team, overseeing the production of high-quality 3D models, textures, and assets.

·      Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand project requirements, scope, and deliverables.

·      Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies in coordination with other departments.

·      Provide guidance and artistic direction to the 3D team, ensuring the successful execution of projects.

·      Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.

·      Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, nurturing the professional growth of team members.

·      Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

·      Collaborate with other departments, such as QA and integration teams, to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery.

·      Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and software, and introduce process improvements as needed.

·      Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

·      Act as a point of contact for client communication, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations.

Requirements:

·      Bachelor's degree in computer graphics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

·      Proven experience in managing and leading a team of 3D artists in a production environment.

·      knowledge of 3D modeling, texturing, and asset creation processes for games, films, or other interactive media would be Plus.

·      Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, such as Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Substance Painter, and Photoshop would be Plus.

·      Excellent Communication skills, with a basic understanding of 3D art principles and techniques.

·      Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

·      Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

·      Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

·      Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
