Summary

As an Account Manager at RAW iGaming, you'll build and manage strong operator and partner relationships to maximize profits. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of account management experience, preferably within the iGaming industry, a passion for quality deliveries, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative team-player attitude. You will be a highly motivated, experienced and ready to build and manage strong operator and partner relationships to maximize profits.

If you have previous experience in account management within the iGaming industry, that’s a big plus! Understanding the nuances of the industry and the ability to hit the ground running in this dynamic environment will set you apart from other candidates.
Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships, rapport, and retention with customers.
  • Develop strong connections with key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Drive customer performance and revenue growth by making strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues, support teams, and management to enhance the customer journey.
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction, support processes, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Deliver KPIs, metrics, and detailed status reports to management.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and cross-functional teams, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Manage customer requests and needs effectively.
  • Share knowledge within the team and foster an open and creative work environment.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of account management experience (iGaming experience is a significant advantage).
  • A genuine passion for quality deliveries with the ability to communicate enthusiasm and engagement.
  • High attention to detail while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Quick learner with the capacity to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and multi-channel contact center software.
  • High level of integrity, strong analytical and decision-making skills, and awareness of regulatory challenges.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated, with a collaborative and team-player attitude.
  • A passion for great games and a desire to push boundaries.
