As an Associate Consultant on the Darwin Evolve Delivery team, you will implement Darwin for clients and manage changes to their requirements. Responsibilities include understanding benefits concepts, delivering tasks, collaborating with teams, supporting clients during testing, managing stakeholder relationships, conveying complex ideas, prioritizing workload, updating plans, and leading workshops. This role involves working with a global leader in risk, strategy, and people. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills and also be very organized.

Job Description:

As a Consultant on the Darwin Evolve Delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing Darwin™ for our clients and managing any changes to their requirements while utilizing the platform and its services. Your contributions will be essential in helping our clients realize the full value of their investment in our technology.

We will count on you to:

  • Understand the concepts of benefits and how they are built on Darwin, as well as the end-to-end benefit administration processes on the platform.
  • Deliver tasks assigned by senior team members or the leadership team, ensuring accountability for scoping, designing, and documenting requirements in accordance with the Darwin Delivery Methodology (DDM).
  • Collaborate with the Configuration and QA teams to implement the agreed design and oversee the testing of the configured solution to meet defined specifications and requirements.
  • Support clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and capture and track process wins throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Demonstrate excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills to mediate and provide solutions that align with the client's needs within the framework of Darwin's capabilities.
  • Effectively convey complex ideas in a simple and understandable manner to all stakeholders.
  • Manage workload prioritization with your Squad Lead while maintaining focus on the strategic picture across both clients and the business.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to update plans, risk, and issues logs in line with DDM.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and drive efficiency across both the department and Darwin Services.
  • Lead project workshops to understand the client's business and benefit structures, determining how Darwin can best meet their needs.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of benefits concepts and benefit administration processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Darwin or similar technology platforms is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is mandatory.
