Associate Global Customs Finance Specialist
Job Summary
Job Description
The job involves receiving and registering invoices from Customs Agents. It includes reviewing and analyzing invoices for expenses and fees, providing support, documenting, and archiving information. The role also requires reviewing third-party expense tables, following up on discrepancies, and updating reports related to storage, containers, and maritime activities. The candidate should be proactive, possess analytical thinking, and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a team. Basic accounting and foreign trade knowledge are essential. The role is part of a global finance specialist role.
Must have:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of accounting and Foreign Trade
- Proactive
- Analytical thinking
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team

Job Details
Funciones Generales
- Recibir y Registrar la facturacion de Agentes Aduanales
- Revisar y analizar facturacion de gastos y honorarios de Agentes Aduanales y terceros
- Soporte y atención a cualquier contingencia del área y/o servicios
- Documentar, Archivar y mantener información relativa a facturacion de Agentes Aduanales
- Revisión de tabuladores de Gastos a terceros
- Seguimiento a discrepancias en los cobros efectuados
- Actualización de reportes de almacenajes contenedores y carga suelta
- Actualización y archivo de reporte de Marítimos
- Cualquier otra actividad laboral relacionada con su puesto y/o requerida por su jefe inmediato
Competencias/Habilidades requeridas
- Licenciatura
- Conocimientos y manejo de Microsoft Office
- Conocimientos básicos contables y de Comercio Exterior
- Proactividad
- Pensamiento analítico
- Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita
- Habilidad para trabajo en equipo
