The Associate People & Culture Specialist will support various HR functions, with a focus on global benefits administration, leave management system administration, and new hire onboarding support. The role involves collaboration with payroll and operations teams to ensure seamless HR processes and employee satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing global benefits programs, administering the leave management system (transitioning to Workday), providing support for new hires, and assisting the payroll and operations teams. This position requires a helpful mind, strong communication and organizational skills. The job is with a global SaaS company and offers flexibility with a hybrid work model.
Must have:
  • Experience in HR and mentioned tasks.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Good to have:
  • Workday experience is a big plus.

If you’re ready to grow, learn, and make a meaningful impact, this could be your next step!” Says Amanda Padilla, Manager, People & Culture   The job: You will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, with a focus on global benefits administration, leave management system administration, and new hire onboarding support. We also handle a wide range of administrative. company records management, data analysis, and representing the business to others. The role involves collaboration with payroll and operations teams to ensure seamless HR processes and employee satisfaction. Furthermore, you will work with:
  • Global Benefits Administration: Manage and oversee the administration of global benefits programs.
  • Leave Management System Administration: Administer and maintain the leave management system ensuring smooth and accurate operations, currently using Cubes, but will transit to Workday in due time.
  • New Hire Onboarding Support: Provide comprehensive support for new hires, including preparing onboarding documentation, conducting new hire orientation, and offering additional support as needed.
  • Support to Payroll and Operations Team: Assist the payroll and operations team with various tasks and projects as required.

  • Previous experience in HR and the tasks mention above.
  • Workday experience is a big plus, but not a requirement

  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
