Associate Producer, Content, Sky: CotL

Job Description
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Content Producer with a rebellious yet compassionate spirit who truly believes games can bring out the best in people. You’ll be involved in every game development stage, from kicking off new projects to polishing post-release content. Responsibilities
Manage projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality deliverables across various Sky projects, including seasonal and time-limited content, gameplay features, and other related initiatives.
Work closely with Discipline Producers and Leads to develop project roadmaps, manage scheduling and resources, and continuously improve team processes, frameworks, and pipelines.
Foster sustainable development practices and enhance cross-functional communication to ensure optimal collaboration and project success.
Promote and uphold the company's vision, unique culture, positive work environment, and growth.
Qualifications
Previous professional experience in game production / a strong understanding of game development / experience creating your own games.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for continuous improvement.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience with iterative product development and agile/scrum methodologies and tools, such as Jira and Confluence or equivalent tools
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
A passion for creating and shipping innovative experiences to players, and a strong belief in thatgamecompany's vision.
Actively play Sky: Children of the Light
Nice to have
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as game design, project management, or business administration.
Proven record of managerial, team leadership, or mentoring experience
